About The Position

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Global Talent Acquisition to lead our global hiring strategy and execution.

This role is responsible for building a strong, scalable, and data-driven talent acquisition function that supports our business growth across multiple regions. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, employer branding, workforce planning partnership, and recruiting operations, while leading and developing a global TA team.

This is a high-impact leadership role that requires both strategic thinking and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the global talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals
  • Partner closely with executive leadership and hiring managers on workforce planning
  • Build proactive talent pipelines for critical and future roles
  • Develop sourcing strategies across multiple regions and markets
  • Ensure a strong focus on diversity, quality, and speed
  • Own end-to-end recruitment delivery across all functions globally
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience
  • Implement structured hiring methodologies and assessment frameworks
  • Track and improve key recruiting metrics such as time to hire, quality of hire, and cost efficiency
  • Strengthen Personetics’ employer brand across global markets
  • Develop initiatives to attract top-tier talent in competitive markets
  • Optimize ATS and recruitment tools
  • Implement data-driven reporting and insights to support decision making
  • Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency
  • Set clear performance standards and accountability
  • Foster a culture of partnership, ownership, and excellence

Requirements

  • 6 to 12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including global leadership responsibility
  • Proven experience building and scaling recruiting functions in a high-tech or global environment
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with senior leadership
  • Experience recruiting across multiple geographies
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities
  • Hands-on approach with the ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels
  • Experience with modern sourcing strategies and recruitment technologies
