What’s the job?

  1. We are looking for a highly talented New Vertical Senior Customer Success Manager in China. The incumbent will be tasked to enable the top tier new vertical clients and service trade businesses in China to get paid globally with Payoneer’ s fast, flexible, secure and low-cost solutions.
  2. Your responsibilities will include increasing business adoption and market penetration for Payoneer product and services on New vertical segment.
  3. You will need to lead project and coordinate internal & external resources to make it go alive and achieve purpose.
  4. Working in a dynamic environment you will be responsible for establishing and developing relationships with the company’ s largest and most loyal users, industry influencers, and leverage this to increase business with the customer.
  5. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high energy environment. Candidate should possess account management background that enables him or her to drive engagement with respective stakeholders.
  6. He/she should also be a self-starter who is prepared to develop and execute on customer development plan at scale.
  7. Oversee and manage existing client relationship and play an active role in developing and building long-term relationships with top users to identify emerging business, collaboratively develop value propositions that address client needs.
  8. Be proactive in strengthening existing relationships and creating new ones to maximize acquisition, retention, and up-sell.
  9. Growing the company’ scalability in financial services industry and develop the vision and plan to execute a go-to-market strategy, collaborating with the analytics, business development managers, sales and delivery teams for developing offerings and cross-selling to existing clients and prospects.
  10. Review and propose process improvement that drive client and market penetration. Build business success stories and case studies.
  11. Maintaining all information of customer activity within CRM platform. Maintain and exceed country targets in areas of # of clients from our direct business.
  12. Drive events, below the line activities and represent Payoneer in industry forums to drive awareness. Create & articulate compelling value propositions for Payoneer services in coordination with the marketing team.
  13. Develop long-term strategic relationships with key stakeholders. Draft various business reports.

Is this you?

  1. A bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, finance or international trade.
  2. Native Mandarin with high level of English communications.
  3. 7+ years of new vertical clients account management, business development, financial service or other relevant experience in a well-known financial service or internet company.
  4. Expertise in new vertical segment including Gaming, Applications developing, Advertisement, Travel or other internet industries.
  5. Good understanding of financial products, banking services and sound knowledge of SAFE, PBOC regulations.
  6. Strong written and verbal communication skills Data oriented, possesses a high level of attention to detail with strong analytical and business reasoning skills
  7. Track record of meeting and exceeding business established goals
  8. Ability to make decisions in a changing environment, anticipate future needs and drive results.
  9. High level of organization and focus and ability to work under pressure

Not a must but great advantages

  1. Experience using salesforce.com or a similar CRM system
  2. Experience with direct sales for small businesses engaged in cross border service trade
  3. Experience with data analytics & BI tools
