About the Team:
Our Banking Operations team is a critical and strategic function of our activity, responsible for the smooth daily functioning of all financial transactions. The team consists of dedicated and detail-oriented individuals who handle a variety of tasks, including:
- Monitoring bank transfers for accuracy, timing, and compliance.
- Processing returns efficiently.
- Collaborate daily with our banking providers to ensure high-level service, efficiency, and effective troubleshooting.
- Providing exceptional customer service in resolving transaction discrepancies

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced manager to provide guidance, support, and leadership to this dynamic team. You will be responsible for ensuring the team meets all operational goals while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
What you’ll be spending your time on:
- Lead and motivate a Banking Operations Specialists team.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to bank policies and procedures.
- Monitor processes for handling returns, missing payments, and transaction discrepancies.
- Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement and streamlining workflows.
- Coach and mentor team members, providing training and development opportunities.
- Delegate tasks effectively and prioritize workload.
- Monitor team performance, set goals, and track progress.
- Address team member concerns and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of management and other departments.
- Maintain a strong understanding of relevant banking regulations and compliance requirements.
- Report on team performance and operational metrics

Have you done this kind of stuff?
- Minimum 5 years of experience in banking operations, finance, or FinTech
- Proven experience in management, leading and motivating a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
