We’re looking for…

A highly motivated all-round Marketing Manager with a talent for building and executing an online and offline marketing strategy across UK and Eastern Europe to continue to drive our growth among SMBs and Enterprise clients.

In this exciting role, your primary responsibility will be building the Payoneer brand among SMBs and Enterprise clients, localizing our offering to its needs, generating leads that meet our aggressive targets, increasing sign ups, running LCM (life cycle management marketing) to drive revenue, running retention initiatives, engaging with customers online and organizing and attending events within the market.

You must be a fast learner who can quickly grasp the intricacies of a complex business, connect with business leaders to understand, and thrive in a fast-paced environment that requires you to successfully build a strategy and manage multiple projects and markets at once.

What you’ll be spending your time on:

• Building and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy in UK & Eastern Europe, in line with the business goals to drive Profitable Active customers
• Run initiatives that increase brand visibility and generates quality leads for our sales team
• Expanding and challenging our current marketing strategy in UK & Eastern Europe by finding new and exciting ways to connect with the community and industry
• Driving increase in profitable active customers through integrated marketing activity including paid media, events and content creation and syndication
• Engaging with existing customers through a robust life cycle marketing program to increase revenue
• Running a retention strategy for our high value customers in the region
• Build relationships with local media and influencers and build our brand ambassador program in UK and Eastern Europe
• Developing effective working relationships with central marketing team to deliver campaigns across PR / CRM and Growth marketing

Is this you?

• Bachelors or Masters in marketing and communications
• 7+ years in an all-round marketing role including performance marketing, life cycle management, digital marketing, social media and events
• A strategic mindset to challenge status quo to drive marketing activities in emerging markets, balancing the short-term tactics with long term strategic objectives
• Experience of working in the European market with market knowledge and insights
• Project management experience, with a high level of organizational skills and the ability to hit deadlines
• Strong stakeholder management skills and able to collaborate effectively with colleagues across multiple countries and teams
• The ability to be proactive and have experience in working remotely with global teams, handling communication at all hours and maintaining strong relations with colleagues
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
• Hard working multi-tasker skills and the willingness to handle urgent matters across different time zones and off-hours when necessary.

Not a must but a great advantage:

• Experience with new age martech tools – CDP, DMP, CRM
• Experience with data analytics & BI tools
