What’s the job?

• Troubleshooting from investigation to resolution for cross company requests and issues related to configuration.
• Analyze and resolve issues related to configuration.
• Own and drive projects to completion in agreement with relevant stakeholders in a cross-departmental function.
• Develop and document guidelines, processes, procedures and best practices for consistent use of the system across the company
• Understand internal customer's needs and business context to provide outstanding support and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Have you done this kind of stuff?

• At least 2 years experience with SQL server and reporting services
• Solution mindset with a bias towards looking for operational improvement.
• Equally comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively within and across teams
• Highly responsible, curious, fast learner
• Great interpersonal skills
• Excellent English
