As Operational Communications Manager you will be responsible for the creation and delivery of all business operational communication for Payoneer. The Operational Communications Manager will be eager to tackle the challenges of developing content that aligns with our brand and supports our business goals.

What you’ll do:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the organization to develop and execute operative campaigns based on specific customer segmentation, or behavioral change objectives.
• Manage online campaigns from planning to execution, while collaborating with Marketing Data engineers, copywriters, Marketing Operations, etc.
• Understand the customer journey, from first exposure all the way through their life cycle.
• Track progress and understand dependencies in order to communicate status and results to project stakeholders on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
• Simplify complex topics into clear and concise messaging while maintaining our tone of voice and brand guidelines.
• Analyze data and monitor various KPIs for our campaigns, developing benchmarks, and making the data accessible on a dashboard.

What we’re looking for:

• 2-3 years of relevant experience managing projects/communications
• A tech-savvy team player with great attention to detail who thrives in a fast-paced dynamic and ever-changing environment.
• Experience targeting and working with enterprise B2B companies and understanding of the B2B user experience.
• Comprehensive understanding of CRM processes with a strong background in customer communication.
• A naturally analytical mind combined with solid Excel skills.

• Ability to work under pressure, multitask and be available off hours (when necessary)
• Former experience with HTML and marketing automation platforms - big advantage
