Payoneer has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Director of Organization Development & Talent Management to join our New York team. Reporting into the Chief People Officer, this leadership role will play a crucial one in managing existing and implementing new talent and leadership development programs and processes. You will partner with business leaders and HRBP’s to provide leadership including driving a talent culture in the execution of high quality, talent management, learning & development, and change management processes across the business globally. This role will have one direct report.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead, manage and deliver global talent management and organizational development initiatives according to priorities to align on Payoneer’s business and organizational objectives
  • Assess global organizational needs and initiates, designs, and executes strategic programs and processes that support the achievement of the organizational and business needs
  • Embed Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives into processes and programs
  • Design and develop tools & practices as derived from the HR strategy and work plan
  • Leverages data to understand the talent landscape both internally and externally
  • Bring thought leadership to strategic HR initiatives with a focus on change management, talent management, organization development, leadership development and performance management
  • Work closely with managers at all levels on research, development and implementation of our global Talent and OD needs
  • Train and guide HRBPs in all regions on new OD initiatives, as required
  • Design and implement a global talent acquisition strategy & methodology aimed to identify the right desired talent
  • Develop a competency model to ensure we hire the top talent/ fit to company’s culture and vision
  • Align performance management objectives and strategy to corporate performance philosophy and compensation practices
  • Lead change management initiatives, collaborate with managers to identify change management topics (restructuring/BU re-org) and proactively lead the change efforts
  • Drive Talent Management programs (Key Talent and High Potentials Program) for greater visibility and development for high potential talent
  • Coach management and their teams on effective leadership, teamwork, communication, influencing, and emotional intelligence

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, or related, master’s degree preferred
  • 15+ years of global HR, OD experience, fintech industry a plus
  • International work experience and ability to work in global time zones
  • Strong business partner and relationship building capabilities across a diverse international group
  • Able to synthesize multifaceted ideas, information and processes and create actionable, organizational objectives and solutions
  • Expertise in driving change and integration
  • Demonstrated experience in coaching and leadership development
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of how talent programs integrate into the business cycle and support business objectives to execute practical, effective firm-wide solutions
  • Results oriented professional who takes initiative and seeks varied groups of input to drive to decisions and follow through to execution
  • Confident decision maker in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
  • Exceptional communication, relationship management, and influencing skills
  • High degree of business acumen, analytical capability, and an ability to thrive in a continuous changing environment

In accordance with New York City Law, below is the annual base salary range for this position. Actual annual base salary is based on, but not limited to: experience, education, professional licenses, location and business needs. The position is eligible for health insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, 401k plan, paid-time off, and sick (and where applicable safe) leave. This position is also eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus.

The annual base salary range for this position is: $150,000-$250,000
