Summary: As the leader of our Cloud Administration team, you will apply your management engineering skills and knowledge of infrastructure and Identity; in this role, you will be responsible for building, consolidating, and maintaining Onbe’s cloud infrastructure. This role includes the operational administration of our cloud environment, including but not limited to Azure AD. Office 365, DNS, SharePoint, and other enterprise cloud platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in daily SCRUM meetings, working closely with other business units to propose and implement the best practices in terms of cloud administration.
- Provide education on Identity Management processes, tools, and architectures, especially in the cloud.
- Actively coach and mentor team members in their careers.
- Work with information security leadership to implement Onbe’s Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategy and audit reviews.
- Design and implement access controls, authorization rules, and role-based access policies.
- Provide ongoing Level 3 support for Onbe’s directory services, which includes: upgrades, tuning, monitoring, problem resolution, and identification of root cause.
- Work with the Security team for audit and access reviews.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience working in cloud administration or operations (IAM, Governance, PIM, Identify Lifecycle Management, etc.).
- Experience developing and managing a diverse team with various levels of technical expertise.
- Automation and development experience with tools such as Powershell, C#, etc.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Windows Authentication, SAML, and OAuth.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with terraform automation is a big plus.
- Relevant Azure or AWS Certifications.
- Microsoft Intune experience.
The base salary range for this position is between $142,020 to $168,000, with eligibility for an annual bonus. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, business needs, and market demand. This position can be office-based, hybrid, or fully remote in the continental United States. Onbe’s employee base is mostly clustered in the Eastern and Central time zones, with offices in suburban Philadelphia and suburban Chicago. Some periodic travel may be required.
