We are looking for a Head of Partnerships to join our team at NALA, a rapidly growing financial services company with a mission to increase economic opportunities for Africans across the globe. As the Head of Partnerships, you will play a crucial role in driving our vision forward by establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships that support our goal of building a bank for the African diaspora. With our initial focus on remittances, you will have the opportunity to lead the development of a cross-border money transfer service that channel economic value back to the African continent.

At NALA, we believe in the power of remittances as a form of true economic development. As Head of Partnerships, you will be responsible for identifying and negotiating partnerships with key players in the financial services industry, including banks, fintechs, and payment processors. You will develop and maintain relationships with these partners, ensuring smooth collaboration and the successful implementation of our remittance service. Additionally, you will work closely with our product and engineering teams to identify partnership opportunities that will enhance our offering and drive business growth.

Joining NALA means being part of a dynamic and innovative team. We are backed by well-known investors and have a strong entrepreneurial spirit. As we expand our operations, there will be ample opportunities for career growth and personal development. If you are a motivated and resourceful professional with a passion for financial services and a drive to make a difference, we would love to hear from you.
