About The Role
The marketing team at HERE is growing! We are seeking a highly organized, execution-driven Marketing Project Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our Marketing department. This role is critical to ensuring alignment across internal teams, external partners, and executive leadership—keeping complex, fast-moving initiatives on track and executed with precision.
This is a high-visibility role supporting the C-suite in a fast-paced environment, requiring exceptional attention to detail, strong judgment, and the ability to proactively manage priorities across multiple workstreams.

Salary Range: $90k - $120k

About The Role
The marketing team at HERE is growing! We are seeking a highly organized, execution-driven Marketing Project Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our Marketing department. This role is critical to ensuring alignment across internal teams, external partners, and executive leadership—keeping complex, fast-moving initiatives on track and executed with precision.
This is a high-visibility role supporting the C-suite in a fast-paced environment, requiring exceptional attention to detail, strong judgment, and the ability to proactively manage priorities across multiple workstreams.
Responsibilities
Project & Program Management
- Own end-to-end project management for marketing initiatives across brand, demand generation, content, events, PR, and product marketing
- Maintain and optimize Asana as the single source of truth for all marketing projects, timelines, dependencies, and resourcing
- Translate strategic priorities into clear project plans, milestones, and deliverables
- Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and resource constraints—proposing solutions before issues escalate
- Act as the first line of coordination across internal stakeholders and external agencies/vendors
- Manage timelines and deliverables across internal teams, freelancers, agencies, and consultants
- Ensure accountability, clarity of ownership, and on-time execution across all workstreams
- Host and run monthly marketing calendar briefings for executive leadership
- Provide clear, concise updates on project status, risks, delays, and shifts in priorities
- Prepare executive-ready summaries, timelines, and progress reports
- Serve as a trusted operational partner to senior leadership, enabling focus on strategy rather than logistics
- Establish and continuously improve marketing workflows, templates, and operating rhythms
- Ensure consistency, follow-through, and quality across all marketing outputs
- Bring structure to ambiguity and momentum to complex initiatives
- 5–7+ years of experience in project management, marketing operations, or program management
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment with direct exposure to senior leadership or the C-suite
- Deep proficiency in Asana (required); experience maintaining and scaling project management systems
- Strong experience managing both internal teams and external resources
- Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and communication skills
- High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
- Comfortable juggling multiple initiatives without losing clarity or momentum
- Experience in B2B SaaS, technology, or high-growth companies
- Background supporting marketing teams with multiple concurrent campaigns and launches
- Agency or consulting experience a plus
