About the Role
We are hiring for a User Enablement Manager to join our growing team! This role will lead efforts to ensure both our end users and internal teams successfully transition to, and adopt our new Enterprise Browser product. As our first dedicated hire focused on user onboarding and training, you’ll be responsible for developing the materials, processes, and programs that ensure users get up to speed quickly and realize the full value of our Enterprise Browser. Starting with our own internal teams, you’ll use those insights to create scalable training and onboarding experiences that extend across our customer base.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement onboarding journeys that help new users get up and running quickly and ensure long term adoption and account health
- Create scalable, user-friendly training and informational materials, including quick-start guides, product walkthroughs, how-to videos, FAQs etc..
- Partner closely with internal teams and clients to identify common friction points and knowledge gaps
- Develop a repeatable enablement framework that can be applied across all clients
- Own and continuously refine onboarding documentation and resource hubs
- Track success metrics (e.g., time to value, adoption rate) and improve programs based on data and user input
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in user onboarding, customer training, enablement, or customer education within the technology space
- Deep understanding of the SaaS products and knowledge of how to best work with internal and external stakeholders, to ensure smooth rollout and adoption
- Strong communication skills, with a talent for making complex concepts simple and user-friendly
- Proven ability to create engaging, accessible training materials across multiple formats ( written guides, videos, interactive tools)
- A user-first mindset with a genuine interest in helping others adopt new tools and workflows
- Desire to work cross functionally across Engineering, Product, Sales and Support
- Bonus - Experience building internal enablement and training programs

Salary Range: $110,000 - 160,000
