As our business continues to expand, so does our Talent team - and the Talent Sourcer role is key to shaping how we discover and engage the best candidates across GoCardless offices in the UK, Portugal, Latvia, France, Ireland, Australia and the US.
As a Talent Sourcer, you’ll play a vital role in building a strong talent pipeline for various roles within the organisation. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about providing an outstanding candidate experience, values company culture, and understands the importance of engagement in growing successful teams.
What excites you
- Identify, engage, and activate passive candidates using advanced Boolean search techniques, LinkedIn, and a variety of alternative channels, ensuring we reach the best talent out there.
- Discover and develop new sourcing channels and innovative methods to find high-quality candidates, expanding our talent pool continuously.
- Collaborate closely with talent partners and hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of role requirements, team functions, and how each role contributes to our organisational success.
- Proactively build diverse talent pipelines by strategising and implementing targeted outreach initiatives.
- Track and analyse pipeline activity to provide valuable insights and updates to internal stakeholders, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement.
- Stay ahead of market trends and conduct research to inform sourcing strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Experiment with new sourcing tools and explore cutting-edge AI solutions, industry events, and communities to enhance our recruitment effectiveness.
What excites us
- Having completed or pursuing higher education is a plus.
- Previous experience in sourcing, recruitment, HR or a similar role.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to develop your skills within TA, with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Detail-oriented and data-driven, with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and strong relationships across teams and candidates.
Base salary range: € 15,200- € 22,800 (gross) annually.
Base salary ranges are based on role, job level, location, and market data. Please note that whilst we strive to offer competitive compensation, our approach is to pay between the minimum and the mid-point (€ 15,200 - € 19,000) of the pay range until performance can be assessed in role. Offers will take into account level of experience, interview assessment, budgets and parity between you and fellow employees at GoCardless doing similar work.
