The role

The Resilience Analyst is responsible for supporting the development, maintenance, testing, and ongoing improvement of GoCardless's resilience capabilities. Supporting our Operational Resilience Manager you will:

  • Work with stakeholders across the business to support the ongoing development of our business continuity, crisis management and disaster recovery strategies and plans.
  • Support process mapping, risk assessment and business impact analysis.
  • Support the development of, and participate in, crisis management exercises.
  • Work with the team to ensure our resilience framework meets relevant standards and regulatory requirements, primarily our ISO 22301/27001 certifications and the operational resilience requirements of the FCA and ACPR.
  • Support the development of third party resilience measures.

What excites us

  • You have an understanding of the concepts and principles of operational resilience programmes (including business continuity, crisis management, disaster recovery, and third party resilience). Some experience of supporting the delivery of such programmes is desirable.
  • You have worked in an environment that either had or was working towards resilience certifications or frameworks (e.g., ISO 22301).
  • You are familiar with regulatory requirements relating to operational resilience and business continuity, with knowledge of UK/EU requirements being a distinct advantage.
  • You have some knowledge or experience of payments and/or financial services.
  • You are detail and process oriented.
  • You have an open mind on how to get things done (we are Fintech and we don’t want bureaucracy for the sake of it!).

Base salary range: the expected base salary range for this position is between €2,600 - €3,900 (gross/monthly).

Base salary ranges are based on role, job level, location, and market data. Please note that whilst we strive to offer competitive compensation, our approach is to pay between the minimum and the mid-point of the pay range until performance can be assessed in role. Offers will take into account level of experience, interview assessment, budgets and parity between you and fellow employees at GoCardless doing similar work.
