Intro to the Talent Team

At GoCardless, our Talent Team is dedicated to attracting exceptional individuals to drive our companies growth and the growth of the people within.

The role of the Talent Partner is essential in our mission to recruit individuals who share our vision to become the world's bank payment network.

The role

We are seeking an interim Talent Partner for a three month engagement to oversee end-to-end recruitment for our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams. This position will focus on hiring top-tier talent for our offices in London, Paris and North America. The critical roles include Sales Development Representatives, Account Executives, and Customer Success Managers, all of which are vital to driving revenue for our International teams.

We are looking for someone who is deeply committed to providing an outstanding candidate experience, paying close attention to the details that make their hiring journey as seamless and enjoyable as possible.

  • You have a proven track record in an internal talent role focussed on recruiting for Sales Development Representatives and Account Executives in technology industries
