The role

We are now seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to help us design, build and lead experimentation in early life, pre-active communications and in-product experimentation that improve our customer activation rates. This role sits with the Acquire & Activate working group- our mission is to scale activations across all markets.

As our Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you will own the comms strategy across the group.

What excites you

  • Deploying a wide range of in-product and out-of-product marketing techniques to help the team achieve its goals
  • Developing strategic communication marketing plans to drive scalable growth
  • Discovering communication opportunities by generating insights and using those insights to inform what triggers and what flows you build
  • Identifying the right segments to focus effort on where we can make incremental impacts, collaborating with our insights team to leverage discovery, quantify, project, measure and communicate activation impact
  • You will design and build experiments in conjunction with our Product Growth team helping us to leverage out of product channels such as email, chat and in-product comms

What excites us

  • A proven track record in a senior Growth Marketing role with a focus on Communication, ideally within a SaaS or financial services organisation
  • You have previous experience running A/B tests to measure incremental growth
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and an inspirational, empathetic leader, with previous experience operating in a cross-functional setting
  • You’re passionate about Growth Marketing and can draw on first hand experiences as well as being well read on winning Growth Marketing approaches.
  • Driven, analytical & results orientated
