The Department: Marketing

The Role: Manager, Growth Marketing

Gemini is looking for a motivated individual with a deep understanding of the Web3 landscape to join as our Growth Marketing Manager, focused on developing our portfolio of growth marketing initiatives in Singapore.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully developing and delivering a variety of growth initiatives including community engagement, affiliate marketing, partner content, and more. This role will collaborate with other teams across the organization including Product, Legal, and the broader Marketing team to develop go-to-market plans for Singapore launches.

This is a priority role within a high-growth company, and is an opportunity to help set the brand on a path towards a leadership position not only in the cryptocurrency category, but in the finance industry at large.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a Strategic Marketing Plan: Execute and evolve a multi-channel growth marketing strategy that grows Gemini’s user acquisition in partnership with the global marketing team. Channels include affiliates, partner marketing programs, community engagement, and social content.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration and Leadership: Partner with Product, Design, Legal, Data and other members of Marketing to execute on these campaigns, and analyze the impact. This includes developing key product launch strategies in coordination with partner teams, and managing a talented and growing local marketing team.
  • Customer Insights: Develop strong strategic perspective on our product and broader crypto trends based on customer insights, market research, and more.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of growth marketing experience with a focus on developing successful partnerships, affiliates, community engagement, and social content.
  • Experienced in measurement and analytics tools including Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Branch, and Looker.
  • Strong understanding of full funnel and unit economic marketing metrics including LTV, CAC, and ROAS.
  • Success in this role requires a strong bias for action. Able to implement best practices in an array of organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • An optimistic doer with an entrepreneurial mindset. Passionate about crypto and Web3.
