What we are looking for:
The Head of Marketing Strategy will drive growth by working directly with Forage’s partners to create, advise and execute on strategic marketing initiatives that boost consumer acquisition, activation, spending, and retention. This role involves cross-functional collaboration to influence partner campaigns, advise on budget allocation, optimize marketing resources, and measure performance.
The Head of Marketing Strategy will be working with businesses like Toast, Uber, DoorDash, and others to create, execute, and optimize ongoing consumer marketing campaigns on their platforms, in order to maximize customer acquisition and incremental impact from EBT users. Additionally, this role will analyze data to assess performance of campaigns and tactics in place and adjust as needed in order to drive buy-in and adoption, as well as create compelling case studies. This individual will be a Player Coach across the organization, starting as an individual contributor with the opportunity to grow a team.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of professional experience within Strategic Marketing, Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Consulting, or Strategic Growth
- Strong relationship-building skills with experience in managing external partner relationships. Experience working with c-suite executives and day-to-day operational points of contact to ideate and drive strategy and execution.
- Proven ability to develop and execute consumer marketing strategies, measure their performance, and adjust strategy accordingly
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across different teams and levels.
- Strong project management skills with a focus on delivering results and driving growth.
- Strong quantitative abilities, experience gathering UX research/insights, and creating partner-facing marketing materials.
- Resourceful in the ability to combine various data sources and pull performance tracking metrics ad-hoc without analyst support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and present consumer marketing framework to drive EBT share-of-wallet growth for our partners
- Collaborate with partners to create joint marketing objectives, strategies, plans, measures of success, and budget alignment.
- Execute marketing plans and activities to drive consumer acquisition and activation with a wide range of partners.
- Track and measure the performance marketing activities to identify impactful levers to drive customer acquisition and activation and assure strong ROI for both Forage and partners.
- Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to drive platform adoption and partner satisfaction, using data-driven insights and case studies to measure success and support strategic goals.
Our Offer:
As of 07/24/2024, if we hire you in San Francisco, your base salary would fall within the bands below. Please keep in mind that the equity and variable portion of your offer is not included in these numbers and represents a significant part of your total compensation.
