Description

  • You will be responsible for operational coverage of EverC services which are running on public cloud infrastructure.
  • You will design and implement scalable and resilient cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability and optimal performance that will keep EverC running smoothly and support our significant business growth.
  • You will be focusing on cross-service components across the SaaS stack, following a DevOps engineering best practice.
  • You will improve and manage our CI/CD pipeline using a GitOps approach.
  • You will work on areas such as automation, scale, process improvement, metric collection, security, and better visibility on all our environments.
  • You will collaborate with developers to optimize service performance, reliability, failover, and scale.
  • You will join an innovative, high-performance team and work with cutting-edge technologies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in various DevOps roles.
  • 3+ years of in-depth experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS or Azure.
  • Proficiency with Kubernetes - Must.
  • Experience in enterprise Linux operating system administration in production environment, including deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management.
  • Experience with IaaC, Infrastructure As a Code, preferably Terraform or Crossplane - Must.
  • Experience with Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) and GitOps approach, preferably using GitHub Actions and ArgoCD.
  • Experience with monitoring and logs solutions stack based on Prometheus or VictoriaMetrics.
  • Experience in automation scripting with Bash and at least one modern language such as Python, Java, Go or NodeJS.
  • Knowledge in a network and information security (firewalls, VPNs, LDAP, identity management, access control, etc.).
  • Strong Communication Skills: Effective communicator able to collaborate with cross-functional teams, articulate complex issues, and guide decisions with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving and can-do approach: Analytical and proactive, with a forward-thinking approach to anticipate and resolve issues, driving optimized system performance and reliability.
  • Adaptability and ownership: Flexible and agile, able to pivot in fast-paced environments while maintaining accountability for end-to-end system lifecycle management.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering, computer science or other technical related fields.
