What you’ll do:
We are looking for a versatile, execution-oriented Product Manager to help build and evolve Ethic’s core platform, client-facing experiences, and internal tools. This role is ideal for a generalist PM who enjoys working across multiple product areas, partnering closely with design and engineering, and shipping high-quality features in a fast-paced fintech environment. You will work across a range of product initiatives with a focus on values-aligned and sustainable investment capabilities, contributing to platform scalability, reporting, and overall client experience. Responsibilities include:
- Own the end-to-end delivery of product features and initiatives, from discovery and definition through launch and iteration.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Design to execute against the roadmap, balancing scope, timelines, and technical trade-offs.
- Gather and synthesize user feedback, stakeholder input, and product data to inform prioritization and feature decisions.
- Use qualitative and quantitative insights to measure impact and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Serve as a core member of the Build Team, partnering closely with Engineering and Design to drive product development from concept to launch.
- Act as the primary product liaison to Sustainability, ensuring their priorities are reflected in the roadmap.
- Communicate progress clearly, surface risks early, and keep cross-functional teams aligned throughout the development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Client Success, Growth, Sustainability, and Operations to capture requirements, gather feedback, and align on priorities.
- Support the Director of Product, Sustainable Investing on product initiatives related to values-aligned and sustainable investing, contributing to the development of product offerings and platform features that help clients align their portfolios with their values and sustainability goals, as well as internal tooling and processes.
- Contribute to the evolution of Ethic’s client-facing platform and internal tooling.
- Support product initiatives related to reporting, data presentation, and overall usability of the platform.
- Help ensure features meet high standards for clarity, accuracy, and user experience.
- Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with Design on user flows and UX decisions, and with Engineering to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.

What you’ll bring to the table:
- 4+ years of product management experience, with a track record of delivering features against a roadmap.
- Experience working on B2C or user-facing products, ideally in a fintech or technology-driven environment.
- Familiarity with investment or financial products and the core functionality of financial platforms.
- At least one product management role or project with a meaningful sustainability focus. This could include building products or features related to ESG data & analytics, carbon reporting, sustainable investing products, or other environmental/social initiatives.
- Experience working with data-driven products, reporting features, or analytics-driven decision-making.
- Ability to learn new domains quickly and operate across multiple problem spaces. Strong interest in values-aligned and sustainable investments is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation at Ethic is a combination of base salary, equity (stock options) in the company, and benefits.
The base salary for this role will range from $140,000-$150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
