Job Title

Service Center Associate

The Role

As a Service Center Associate, you play a central role in managing ongoing client service needs and policy renewals at Coverdash. This role exists to ensure existing clients receive timely, accurate, and proactive support throughout the renewal and servicing lifecycle, helping drive client retention and maintain strong carrier relationships.

You’ll work closely with U.S.-based Service and Account Manager teams, insurance carriers, and internal systems to process renewals, endorsements, and policy changes. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning client interactions in a fast-paced insurtech environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and manage existing client interactions related to policy servicing and renewals

  • Process policy renewals, including auto-renewals, conditional renewals, and non-renewals, in a timely manner

  • Retain existing clients by handling ongoing service requests and renewal-related communication

  • Operate daily within Coverdash’s CRM and Admin (AMS) systems to manage client and policy data

  • Navigate carrier portals to retrieve renewal details and documentation

  • Manage the end-to-end renewal workflow through Coverdash systems

  • Route incoming service requests to the appropriate internal teams when needed

  • Pre-fill renewal applications and supporting insurance submissions

  • Support carrier quoting activities on an as-needed basis

  • Handle billing notices and payment-related issues, including follow-ups and carrier coordination

  • Support onboarding and ongoing training for new and existing team members


Who You Are

Required

  • 2–4 years of experience in insurance operations, service, renewals, or customer support roles

  • Experience with U.S. commercial insurance products

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage complex policy and renewal workflows

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)

  • Comfortable working across multiple systems, CRMs, carrier portals, and internal tools

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple clients, renewals, and deadlines

  • Proactive, dependable, and comfortable taking ownership of client issues

  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with international teams

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in an insurtech, fintech, or startup environment

Work Environment

  • Location: Belgrade, Serbia (Hybrid)

  • Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Belgrade time)

Compensation
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry and are one part of our total compensation package that also includes benefits and other perks.
