Account Executive, Agent Assist

Certificial is transforming how businesses and their suppliers share insurance coverage information by moving from point-in-time documents to real-time data on the Smart COI NetworkTM. We’re searching for an Account Executive, Agent Assist to join our revenue team during this hyper-growth stage.

As Account Executive, Agent Assist, you will develop and form partnerships with Insurance Agencies and Brokerages to refer, co-sell, or resell Certificial’s insurance verification and compliance monitoring solutions. This is a role that will be both selling into Agencies & Brokerages and their clients, as well as sales enablement for resellers.

The Account Executive, Agent Assist reports to the VP, Sales & Customer Success and is a key team member in the Revenue organization. You own, develop, and grow our critical verticals and accounts.

What you’ll do:

  • Own full-cycle pipeline management focused on Agencies and Brokerages for our Requestor Module, including building your own pipeline.

  • Own the number - we have ambitious but realistic quotas.

  • Quarterback the deal process. You won't be on an island, but you will lead the deal process and bring in resources at all levels to move deals across the line.

  • Contribute to iterating, growing, and redefining our GTM strategy.

  • Develop and grow our existing playbooks. You'll be part of building our foundations for the future.

  • Provide insights, learnings, and direction to co-develop new campaigns with Marketing.

  • Be a trusted resource, understanding “to the metal,” and what our customers and partners need and where they're going.

  • Develop key customer relationships and develop strategies for expanding the company’s customer base.

Other Functions:

  • Ability to plan, schedule, and organize workload to meet deadlines

  • Work cross-functionally with other teams.

  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines

  • Ability to work with a high-performing, fast-paced team

  • Other duties as assigned

What you’ll bring:

  • 5+ Years of Mid-Market and/or Enterprise sales, closing five and six-figure deals.

  • A blended skillset of both sourcing and developing an enterprise pipeline.

  • Superior relationship development skills at all organizational layers, especially in the C-Suite.

  • Tech and/or SaaS sales experience within the Insurance and InsurTech industry.

  • Experience across multiple tech stacks (CRM, LinkedIn, etc.)

  • Preferred: knowledge in the Insurance and Risk space.

Compensation:

  • This role will receive a competitive base salary, bonus, and benefits. The base salary range for US-based employees is $50,000-$500,000.
