Job Responsibilities

In this role, you will be the face of CENTRL to our clients and will play a pivotal role in ensuring their success by being hypothesis-driven and obsessed with our product. You will have a primary focus on delivering next-gen third-party risk and due diligence solutions built on automation, analytics, and intelligence.

  • Lead the product implementation and onboarding of CENTRL's clients across multiple verticals, with a strong focus on client success and satisfaction.
  • Work closely with clients and partners to understand their use cases and business processes, and provide guidance on how CENTRL’s platform can best meet their needs.
  • Develop and deliver presentations that showcase the business benefits of CENTRL's solutions to clients, and on occasion, assist the sales team with demo and client proof-of-concept setups.
  • Collaborate with CENTRL's product management team to understand the product roadmap, uses, and application of new product features, and provide input on roadmap planning based on client and vertical learnings.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the third-party risk and due diligence space, and use this knowledge to drive the development of new product features and enhancements.
  • Assist clients with analytics and reporting needs on the CENTRL platform, and drive the continuous improvement of our implementation methodology.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in product management for enterprise software platforms and solutions.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a bias towards data-based decision-making.
  • Cross-functional skills with an ability to cultivate relationships with all other departments.
  • Comfortable with clients and providing constructive guidance on their needs and use cases.
  • MBA/BS, with evidence of technical experience or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Excellent project management, planning, organization, and influence skills.
  • Eagerness to contribute to the success of a fast-paced, start-up environment.
  • Strong passion for innovating on market-leading products.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in product management including product strategy, market analysis and user research.
  • Experience in working with and managing partners in implementation projects, including global system integrator and packaged software vendors.
  • Experience with commercial and legal negotiations working with procurement, legal, and business teams.
  • Ability to work with sales engineers and customer’s technical leads to inventory existing software estate, define migration plans, and build business cases for migrations.
  • Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
