We are looking for a motivated Account Manager to program manage customer relationships throughout the customer lifecycle. The Account Manager will be responsible for creating a world-class customer experience by establishing key stakeholder relationships, developing account governance structure, and serving as the liaison between the Product and Engineering teams, Sales and Customer Success teams, and our Strategic Accounts.

The ideal candidate for this role has at least +2 years of experience in a customer-facing role managing complex, enterprise software adoption for a Financial Technology firm.

In this Role, You Will:

  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with the client and executive sponsors to ensure they are using the solution to achieve full business value and growth.
  • Identify and drive cross-sell and own upsell opportunities.
  • Understand our client’s business, operating models, and pain points and proactively explore ways to improve overall client satisfaction.
  • Manage internal projects to deliver customer requirements
  • Manage external programs for software delivery and development
  • Work with cross-functional internal and external teams to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle to deliver customer business outcomes.
  • Develop mastery of Built’s suite of products & solutions
  • Drive customer adoption & expansion of accounts where solutions improve business outcomes for customers
  • Gather and define requirements for solutions to unique customer problems
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to refine requirements, manage product delivery and inform customers of present and future product capabilities
  • Coordinate sales, implementations, and customer success team activities to support our largest customers
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements to optimize delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • +2 years of customer-facing program/project management experience or relationship management experience with large enterprise software customers
  • Experience in a Financial Technology or Lending institution
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Project management and coordination skills
  • Polished oral, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Negotiation skills with the ability to find positive outcomes in high-stress situations
  • The ability to handle multiple work streams
  • Capacity to accept and utilize constructive criticism

Built’s salary range for this position is $70,000 - 100,000 per year plus commission. The pay range is designed to accommodate upward mobility in the role, therefore it encompasses the full span of proficiency levels for this role and we believe that the midpoint of the range is competitive in the market. Salary is just one component of Built's total compensation package for employees.
