As an Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for managing the onboarding of new and existing lending clients, specializing in all types of lending programs in Built SaaS products. The ideal candidate is one that has the ability to translate client needs into executable project plans and can lead clients through the onboarding process. The ideal candidate has the desire to lead clients through the change management process and has the aptitude to be a great problem solver and team member.


  • The primary point of contact for the client
  • Management of a portfolio (6-9 estimated) of new customer implementation projects at a time, with a focus on large complex enterprise clients
  • Runs weekly status and health communication to the client stakeholders
  • Responsible for designing and configuring the client’s version of the SaaS product
  • Responsible for discovery efforts on client workflows to properly define requirements and success criteria
  • Creates and maintains the client’s project plan and timeline
  • Partners with clients to determine training needs and required materials
  • Engages with Sales during pre-sales call with prospects to understand the client’s needs
  • Responsible for influencing and optimizing client engagement and satisfaction with the platform
  • Represent the voice of the customer in cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, and engineering teams
  • Coach and assist more junior team members
  • Documents best practices for the team and the business
  • Leads internal projects that support the team and the business
  • Willingness to travel within North America as and when required (estimated 20%)

Traits and Experience:

  • 4-6 years of experience in implementing enterprise-level SaaS-based platforms is required
  • 4-6 years of managing and delivering complex projects with cross-functional teams
  • Residential, Commercial, and Home Builder Finance lending and/or construction experience is desired
  • 4-6 years of direct client interaction
  • Anticipating potential project pitfalls and proactively developing solutions to avoid them
  • Experience in analyzing information identifying patterns and anomalies, assessing implications, and formulating and implementing solutions
  • 4-6 Experience and working knowledge of implementation lifecycle and testing methodologies
  • Strong situational leadership, dispute/conflict resolution, and customer service skills

Built’s salary range for this position is $105,000 - $120,000 USD per year. The pay range is designed to accommodate upward mobility in the role, therefore it encompasses the full span of proficiency levels for this role and we believe that the midpoint of the range is competitive in the market. Salary is just one component of Built's total compensation package for employees.
