Role overview
As the Project Manager on our Operations Team, you will lead cross-functional operational initiatives to ensure we deliver scalable, reliable, and compliant services. You’ll work with stakeholders across product, risk, compliance, customer support, and engineering to drive projects from inception through execution. Your role will be both strategic and tactical: you’ll define processes, track metrics, remove bottlenecks, and ensure that organizational goals are met on time and to specification.
What you’ll be doing
Lead end-to-end execution of key projects: defining scope, setting timelines, allocating resources, and tracking deliverables.
Identify and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and issues, escalating and resolving blockers across internal and external stakeholders.
Define, document, and improve workflows to increase efficiency, reduce risk, and ensure consistency.
Collaborate with Legal & Compliance to ensure projects conform to regulatory requirements, audit readiness, and security protocols.
Serve as the liaison between teams (e.g., Product, Engineering, Customer Ops, Finance) to ensure coordination, alignment, and smooth handoffs.
Monitor project KPIs; prepare regular status updates, dashboards, and presentations for leadership as needed.
Identify process inefficiencies or pain points, propose improvements, and help implement them.
Help with vendor / third-party partner coordination as needed.
Drive continuous improvement in project management practices (tools, templates, communication, risk tracking).
What you have
3-5+ years of experience in project management, operations, or program management, preferably in fintech, payments, or financial services.
Strong track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects on time and managing multiple stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
Excellent organizational and planning skills; ability to juggle multiple projects in parallel.
Strong analytical mindset; comfortable using data to measure impact and make decisions, and challenge existing assumptions
Excellent written & verbal communication skills; able to present clearly
Self-starter attitude; able to work independently and drive results with minimal supervision.
High attention to detail, bias for action, sense of ownership, and accountability.
Comfortable operating across several projects and coordination tools, including Jira, Confluence, and Slack.
What Makes This Role Unique
Opportunity to work on impactful projects that can really shape the organization, from implementing new technology solutions to launching new business lines
Exposure to many parts of the business: compliance, risk, engineering, customer support, and product.
True ownership from the onset, with the right level of support and guidance to help you succeed. You won’t be micromanaged and will have autonomy.
