Role overview

Brigit is in the midst of tremendous growth! We are looking for a highly skilled and mission-driven Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will report directly to our VP of Product and have responsibility for user research, roadmap prioritization, and product execution within a cross-functional team of talented engineers, designers, data analysts, and marketing professionals.

What you’ll be doing

  • Work within a cross-functional team to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software

  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups, to drive product development and maintain alignment with business goals

  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to validate product ideas, gather insights, and iterate on product features

  • Manage iterative A/B testing experimentation, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize features and drive continuous improvement

  • Communicate progress on initiatives to cross-functional partners and executive leadership

What you have

  • Commitment to financial wellness for everyday Americans

  • 2-4+ years of experience as a product manager, with a focus on consumer-facing mobile products

  • Proficient in agile methodologies; skilled at collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to prioritize and deliver at a rapid pace

  • Strong data-driven and structured decision-making skill set, capable of problem-solving with incomplete information in ambiguous situations

  • Strong customer empathy with experience conducting qualitative and quantitative user research to guide product direction and execution according to customer needs

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments to solve problems

  • Direct experience optimizing funnel based product experiences through rapid iterative experimentation strongly preferred

The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $125,000-$155,000. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits for which an individual may be eligible (other benefits listed below). The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
