Role overview

We're looking for a highly skilled and mission driven Partnerships Marketing Manager to join Brigit’s Marketplace team, an in-app product experience where Brigit customers earn and save money through products and services offered by our partners. In this role, reporting directly to the VP of Product you will be responsible for sourcing and driving Brigit customer value and partnership revenue growth for our Marketplace product. This is a critical role within a high performing team and company with tremendous opportunity for growth.

What you’ll be doing

  • Identify, develop and nurture strategic and affiliate partnerships with brands interested in reaching the valuable Brigit user base in order to help those users earn and save money

  • Negotiate and manage partnership commercial agreements

  • Analyze market trends and competitor strategies, translating insights into actionable opportunities for revenue growth

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the affiliate marketing ecosystem

  • Serve as the main point of contact for affiliate partners, addressing inquiries, and providing support

  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of partner campaigns

  • Track partner performance and identify opportunities to develop and grow partner account success over time

  • Provide regular monthly reporting on partner performance against defined monthly and quarterly revenue objectives

What you have

  • Commitment to financial wellness for everyday Americans

  • 3-6 years of proven experience in affiliate marketing, ideally within the financial products and services

  • In-depth knowledge of affiliate marketing platforms, technologies, and industry best practices

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to establish strong relationships with partners, cross functional team members and stakeholders

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field

The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $125,000-$150,000. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits for which an individual may be eligible (other benefits listed below). The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
