We're looking for a Full Stack Designer to own Bounce's visual identity and bring our brand to life across all marketing and product channels. You'll create compelling visuals for campaigns, digital content, and communications while occasionally supporting the Product team.

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for a creative who's equally comfortable working fast and working well.

Bounce is a fintech startup revolutionizing debt management for consumers and creditors with our best-in-class product. By leveraging the power of AI and automation, we create user-friendly experiences that drive positive outcomes for all parties involved.

With a team based in Tel Aviv and New York, we have been growing rapidly, supporting hundreds of thousands of consumers on their journey to financial resilience and building partnerships with top creditors and fintech companies.

• Own the visual execution of Bounce's visual domain - digital campaigns, social media, email, landing pages, presentations, brand collateral, and user experience.
• Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all touchpoints
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to produce assets that drive engagement and conversion
• Support the Product team with UI assets, illustrations, and design for user-facing features and communications
• Translate complex financial concepts into clear, engaging visual narratives
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver polished work on tight timelines

• 3 - 6 years of work experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity, marketing materials, and UI-UX.
• Figma - proficiency required
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) - Must
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and visual storytelling
• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
• Ability to multi-task, organize, give and receive design feedback, and prioritize work

• Experience with AI-assisted design tools (e.g., Claude, Figma Weave, or similar)
• Background in product/UI design and familiarity with design systems
• Experience in fintech, B2B SaaS, or consumer apps
• Motion design or video editing skills
