Description

As our HR Manager at Bounce, you will be the cornerstone of our people operations in Israel. In this role, you'll build and own the HR function end-to-end — from building internal processes to implement HRIS and create a learning & development structure. You'll work closely with leadership and department heads to support a rapidly growing team while helping shape a strong, values-driven culture.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

  • Own and manage the full employee lifecycle — from onboarding and offboarding to performance management and development
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook in compliance with Israeli labor law
  • Ensure full compliance with Israeli employment regulations, including labor law, collective agreements, and statutory benefits
  • Support the recruitment process for IL-based roles in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team
  • Oversee benefits administration, including health insurance, pension, and other statutory entitlements
  • Manage HR reporting and analytics — headcount, attrition, compensation data, and other key HR metrics
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and culture-building activities
  • Implement and optimize HRIS tools to streamline HR operations and data management
  • Partner with global HR/People teams to ensure consistency across Israel and US operations

Requirements

  • 5+ years of HR experience.
  • Proven ability to build and scale HR processes in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment. A big plus if you have experience in both startups & corporations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills — ability to build trust across all levels of the organization
  • Background rooted in Talent Acquisition or recruiting roles, with a natural progression into broader HR operations — an advantage
  • Experience with HRIS systems, working with AI tools to build efficiency
  • Experience in developing and delivering internal training programs, onboarding sessions, and L&D initiatives — an advantage
  • Deep knowledge of employment regulations and statutory benefits.
  • High level of English — both written and spoken
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Global HR experience, particularly working with US-based teams — an advantage
