Description

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who is highly independent and entrepreneurial, capable of taking complex and ambiguous problems and driving them into tangible, impactful product solutions.

You will own the product lifecycle end-to-end, from discovery and research, through close collaboration with R&D and cross-functional teams, to launching and measuring product and business outcomes.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

  • Lead discovery and delivery processes for complex SaaS products, translating vision into a clear and actionable roadmap.
  • Use data, KPIs, and experimentation (A/B tests, iterative improvements) to measure business impact and guide decisions.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Compliance, Marketing, and Sales to ensure smooth execution and delivery.
  • Act as the customer’s voice - balancing the needs of B2B clients with the expectations of end-users (B2C) through continuous feedback and insights..
  • Prioritize opportunities and define product strategies aligned with Bounce’s growth objectives.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience as a Product Manager, including at least one role in a product tech company of meaningful scale.
  • Proven experience leading complex product initiatives, ideally in B2B / SaaS environments.
  • Strong ability to run discovery and research ambiguous domains, and turn insights into concrete product initiatives.
  • Demonstrated high degree of ownership and autonomy and outcome-orientation.
  • Advantage: experience building AI-driven features
  • Advantage: working with large operational teams e.g call centers, customer success, operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (quantitative or technical – preferred) or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hebrew.
