As a content strategist, you'll shape our B2C messaging from first touch to final resolution, making it clear, compassionate, and action-oriented.

As we grow, we're building world-class content strategies that resonate with diverse audiences and we're looking for a skilled Content Strategist to join us on that journey.
How You’ll Spend Your Time
- Build content strategies across lifecycle stages, tailored to distinct consumer personas and debt types (credit cards, personal loans, and more)
- Create messaging frameworks and emotional journeys that guide people through debt recovery
- Write high-conversion content: campaigns, emails, UX copy, SMS, product flows, and educational materials
- Collaborate with product and design to ensure content is clear, aligned, and on-brand at every touchpoint
- Run A/B tests and use performance data to continually improve copy and content structure
- Research behavioral triggers that lead to higher engagement and resolution outcomes
- Leverage AI tools to scale content creation and personalization effectively
Requirements
- Native-level English fluency
- 3+ years in content strategy, UX writing, or similar roles focused on B2C communication
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, startup setting with shifting priorities
- Deep understanding of American consumers and how people think about money, debt, and trust
- A portfolio that shows clear, conversational writing that helps people take action
- Strong collaboration skills across product, design, and marketing
- Bonus: experience with financial services, regulated environments, or behavior-driven content
