About Us
We're seeking a self-motivated Product Data Analyst with a strong sense of ownership and outstanding communication skills. As a key team member, you will analyze data from hundreds of thousands of users throughout their debt management journey to derive actionable insights and optimize our consumer experience.
You will work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to understand user behavior, improve conversion rates, and enhance our product offering through data-driven decisions. As the first product analyst, you'll build comprehensive, user-focused analytics across our entire product ecosystem and have a significant impact on how we serve and grow our consumer base.
How You’ll Spend Your Time
- Establish and lead product analytics initiatives to extract insights that drive product development, user growth, and collections optimization
- Identify business processes, trends, and anomalies to provide actionable insights
- Create data visualizations that effectively communicate key metrics and trends to stakeholders
- Build and maintain comprehensive reporting systems to monitor and analyze user journey metrics across the funnel, including top of funnel performance, activation rates, retention metrics, and monetization KPIs
- Utilize strong technical skills to analyze large and complex datasets
- Act as a subject matter expert in data analysis and BI tools, providing guidance and support to team members as needed
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner
Requirements
- 3+ years experience as a data/product/business analyst, preferably within a consumer facing company
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a quantitative field
- Extensive experience working with analytical SQL
- Experience working with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Metabase, Amplitude, etc.)
- Data-driven, experienced with A/B testing best practices, and skilled at working with large datasets
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
- Proactive, self-motivated, and accountable with a passion for data-driven decision-making
- Knowledge of statistical modeling, Machine Learning, and AI concepts - advantage
