AvidXchange is seeking a Identity and Access Management Platform Product Manager responsible for AvidXchange’s cross-platform identity services including digital accounts, account federation, and account security features like MFA. You will bring your vision on how we can help our customers securely authenticate with our products and manage users efficiently while minimizing risk by delivering a best-in-class identity and access management solution.

As a Senior Platform Product Manager, you have a passion for delivering product as a platform that solves customer problems. The Senior Platform PM is responsible for driving the vision and realization of AvidXchange’s technology platform. Through business plans, product roadmaps, user personas, market requirements and user scenarios, you will help to influence the platform product strategy that strengthens existing products and helps to drive growth in new and existing market segments.\

What you'll do

  • Strategy & Vision: Lead in the formulation of product strategy, aligning with company goals and market needs. 
  • Technical Leadership: Oversee complex product developments, understanding deeper technical intricacies like SOA and system migrations. 
  • TeWhat you’ll do am Leadership: Mentor and guide APMs and PMs, ensuring their growth and alignment with the product vision. 
  • Experience at Scale: Lead efforts in scaling products for large user bases, ensuring stability and performance. 
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with higher-level stakeholders, ensuring product direction aligns with business objectives. 

What we’re looking for 

  • Requires a University Degree or equivalent experience including the study of Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or Business Administration
  • 7 or more years of demonstrated technical product management, technical project management, business analyst or engineering experience
  • Azure Dev-ops (TFS), Jira, Rally, or similar planning & development tool
  • Experience leading and driving technical discussions with developers, architects and stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritize features to meet current needs of the users of the platform while staying on track for the strategic vision of the product
  • Experience: 5-8 years in product management, with a history of leading product teams and driving product strategy.
  • Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of technical challenges, with experience in guiding technical decisions related to product development.
  • Portfolio: Demonstrated success in launching and scaling products, leading cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior team members.
  • Bonus points for IAM experience, preferably with Okta Platform
