Astrada, a unified API across the major card networks, provides access to real-time payment data for software companies to create new financial use cases. With an initial focus on spend management, spend management platforms use Astrada's unified API to create a "bring your own card" experience, enabling their customers to connect their preferred credit cards with their spend management software.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who wants to be part of this journey.

What you'll do:

• Actively contribute to the product strategy and execution for assigned products or features across the business.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales, cybersecurity) to define and prioritize product requirements.
• Support engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Integrate third-party infrastructure into product offerings.
• Monitor and analyse product performance, using data to drive decision-making.
• Conduct excellent customer discovery sessions, converting feedback into shareable insights, and in turn product requirements.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products to identify opportunities and threats.
• Ensure that the product meets the needs of financial software providers and supports their business objectives.
  
  

We want you if you have:

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Product Manager.
• At least 18 months of experience as a Senior Product Manager.
• Background in financial software providers, such as Personal Financial Management, Spend Management, or Accountancy Software.
• Experience integrating open banking or third-party infrastructure/software providers.
• Preferred: Experience with Payments infrastructure, especially card issuance or payment rails execution (ACH, Wire, SWIFT, etc.).
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering products in the financial software industry.
• Strong understanding of open banking, API integrations, and third-party software providers.
• Familiarity with payments infrastructure and execution of payment rails is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Preference for experience in high change environments commonly found in earlier stage startups.
