About the Role
Asseta is seeking an implementation specialist to report to our CEO. You’ll guide clients from onboarding through long term adoption, ensuring a seamless technology transformation. Acting as both a trusted advisor and technical liaison, you’ll translate complex needs into tailored software solutions, helping clients fully realize the value of our platform.

Responsibilities
Lead customer onboarding and implementation projects, guiding clients from initial setup through successful adoption of the platform.
Gather and analyze client requirements to design optimal configurations that align with business objectives and platform capabilities.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support) to ensure seamless deployment and integration.
Conduct product training sessions and create user documentation or guides to help customers get the most value from the platform.
Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and milestones, proactively managing risks or blockers to ensure timely launches.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients by recommending best practices and helping optimize workflows within the software.
Collect and relay customer feedback to internal teams to inform product enhancements and improve customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
2-5 years of experience in SaaS implementation, customer success, or project management
Strong command over accounting and investment principles.
Experience with tools such as Jira, Pylon, Dock, HubSpot
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for non-technical audiences.
Experience in family office or wealth-tech preferred

Expected salary range of $100,000-$130,000
