About the Role
Asseta is seeking an Account Executive to report to our CEO. You’ll be on the front lines of growth introducing family offices and private investment firms to a modern way of managing their accounting and reporting operations. You’ll own the full sales cycle, from initial outreach and discovery through close, partnering closely with prospects to understand their financial workflows, challenges, and goals.
Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through demos, proposals, and contract negotiation.
Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities across target family offices, investment firms, and multi-entity financial organizations.
Conduct deep discovery sessions to understand client pain points, accounting processes, and strategic goals.
Deliver tailored product demonstrations, showcasing how the platform solves real-world accounting challenges and drives measurable ROI.
Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline data in the CRM, providing visibility to leadership and driving predictable revenue.
Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and end users, serving as a trusted advisor on accounting technology modernization.
What We're Looking For
3–6 years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably in accounting, fintech, ERP, or financial software.
Strong understanding of accounting and financial workflows — experience selling to or working with CPAs, controllers, or CFOs is a major plus.
Experience running complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with long evaluation periods and multiple decision-makers.
Proficiency with HubSpot and comfort using sales enablement and analytics tools.

Expected salary range of $80,000-$120,000 plus commission on every deal
