As a contract automation engineer focused on deployments and client support at Array, you will play a pivotal role in improving client experience. Specifically, you will support our data furnishing product. You will need to demonstrate a keen eye for detail as you automate sensitive data from diverse sources, ensuring clients are supported along the way. You will be ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data furnishing processes that our clients are involved in. This is a contract opportunity (targeting 40hrs per week).

You Will:

  • Design, develop, and implement automated solutions to streamline and optimize data conversion and processing tasks within the credit data furnishing service.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify manual processes that can be automated, ensuring seamless integration and compatibility with existing systems and workflows.
  • Utilize programming languages and automation tools to create efficient and reliable scripts and programs for data manipulation, conversion, and validation.
  • Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of automated processes to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies, ensuring accuracy and data integrity throughout the automation workflow.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of automated systems, implementing necessary updates, enhancements, or modifications to improve efficiency and functionality.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand specific automation requirements and objectives, translating them into actionable automation strategies and solutions.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization, leveraging automation to increase productivity, reduce errors, and enhance overall operational efficiency.

You Have:

  • Proficiency in using a variety of automation tools and technologies, demonstrating a deep understanding of their functionalities and applications to streamline processes efficiently.
  • Programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or similar, enabling the development of complex and reliable automation scripts and programs tailored to specific business needs.
  • Experience using automation tools like selenium, playwright or related tools.
  • Maintain knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and testing techniques, allowing for rigorous evaluation and validation of automated processes. Proven ability to ensure accuracy, reliability, and data integrity in automation workflows.
