As a contract Data Furnishing specialist focused on queuing and client service at Array, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into valuable insights for informed decision-making. Specifically, your role will revolve around ensuring seamless client support and efficient queuing processes. Your primary responsibilities will encompass addressing client inquiries, providing support, and managing the queuing of data furnishing tasks. This critical role contributes to maintaining client satisfaction and the smooth execution of data furnishing operations. This is a contract opportunity (targeting 40hrs per week).

You Will:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Provide expert guidance and assistance to clients on data furnishing processes and requirements.
  • Collaborate with onshore teams to resolve complex client issues and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and feedback.
  • Efficiently manage and prioritize queuing of data furnishing tasks based on client requirements and project timelines.
  • Ensure tasks are assigned and tracked accurately to meet established deadlines.
  • Monitor task progress and address any bottlenecks or issues in the queuing process.
  • Collaborate with the data furnishing and quality teams to optimize task distribution and resource allocation.
  • Perform periodic quality checks on furnished data to maintain high standards with sensitive data queues.
  • Assist in identifying and resolving data-related issues.

You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous experience in client support, queuing, data furnishing, or related roles is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to empathize and communicate effectively with clients.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a remote team.
