About the Role
Addition Wealth is looking for a Director of Strategic Accounts to lead and scale relationships within our most critical enterprise partnerships. With a dedicated operations team handling day-to-day execution, this role is designed for a strategic leader who focuses on account health, program performance, and long-term partnership expansion.
As the primary strategic lead, you will move beyond implementation to become a trusted advisor to our clients. You will be responsible for analyzing performance metrics to prove ROI, overseeing the health of the client relationship, and identifying opportunities to deepen our footprint within the client organization.
We're looking for the following:
- You have a proven track record of building C-suite level trust and navigating complex enterprise hierarchies.
- You are obsessed with data. You don’t just report on what happened; you use data to tell a story, prove value, and predict future needs.
- You naturally spot opportunities for expansion and can turn a satisfied client into a long-term, high-growth partner.
- You can translate complex product capabilities into clear business value. You are as comfortable leading a QBR as you are white boarding with internal stakeholders.
- 7+ years of experience including a mix of investment banking, private equity, or consulting and startup experience, preferably in fintech or Saas.
What you'll work on:
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for your account(s). Use data to identify trends, optimize program adoption, and present high-impact ROI reports to clients.
- Drive account retention and identify expansion opportunities. Partner with sales and leadership to execute strategies that align with client goals.
- Oversee the delivery of the Addition Wealth roadmap for your clients, ensuring that the dedicated Ops team and Product team are aligned with the client’s strategic priorities.
- Act as the "voice of the client" for the product team. Influence the roadmap by synthesizing client feedback into strategic requirements.
- Partner with the Ops team to refine the "Addition Playbook," ensuring our approach to enterprise management is scalable, professional, and best-in-class.
- Travel to events and meet with clients onsite up to 80%.
What you'll get:
- Strategic Exposure to Key Enterprise Accounts - Gain front-line experience with our most critical enterprise clients. In this role, you’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, supporting relationship growth, identifying expansion opportunities, and contributing to long-term client success.
- Cross-functional collaboration - Partner with product, operations, CRM etc to influence roadmap decisions, surface client insights, and deliver a cohesive customer experience.
- Flexibility - We believe in flexibility as long as you can deliver on strong outcomes for our clients.
- Endless growth - We care about your professional and personal growth. Stretch into areas that interest you and grow with the company as we scale
- Mission Driven - You’ll see the product of your work – directly improving the financial health of millions of people in the US through access to high quality financial expertise
