About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead Strategic Accounts. In this role, you will work closely with external clients, to deliver a seamless implementation and onboarding experience and ensure our platform meets their specific needs. You will play a critical role in managing the implementation process from start to finish, ensuring that all internal and external stakeholders are aligned and that the project is completed on time and within budget.
What you’ll work on
- Build the implementation playbook for enterprise clients across various industries.
- Lead internal and external teams required for successful implementation, ensuring the project stays on track.
- Gather requirements and conduct initial assessments to understand client needs and objectives.
- Develop and manage a detailed project timeline, coordinating internal and external resources to ensure the project stays on track.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the implementation and provide insights for continuous improvement.
What we're looking for
- 7+ years of experience in consulting, partnerships, or customer success, preferably in the fintech or SaaS industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Proven experience managing complex client implementations with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to manage projects on time with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Experience with customization of software platforms, and/or solutions engineering to meet client-specific requirements is a plus.
