Addition Wealth is rapidly growing, and we are seeking a talented Marketing Manager to elevate Addition Wealth’s brand presence, execute marketing initiatives, and drive business growth. In this role, you will blend strategic thinking and analytical skills with creativity and execution. Please include links to relevant work samples in your application if available.

You'd be great for this role if you:

  • ​Have 5-7 years of experience in a marketing role, specifically in financial services or Fintech and/or worked at a tech startup
  • Are proficient in digital marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn, Webflow) and project management software
  • Are familiar with lead generation tactics and sales enablement strategies
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Are extremely detail oriented
  • Are a strong executor with excellent writing skills
  • Are creative and solutions-oriented
  • Are comfortable managing competing priorities and deadlines, pivoting quickly, and building new processes Have a hustle mindset and are down to tackle any challenge

Key responsibilities

  • Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring they align with and support overall business objectives
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to seamlessly execute marketing initiatives and ensure alignment with broader company goals
  • Product Launches and Feature Awareness: Lead marketing efforts for new product and feature launches, driving awareness and engagement among target audiences
  • Lead Generation Strategies: Develop and implement innovative lead generation strategies to attract, engage, and nurture prospective customers across multiple channels
  • Content Creation: Produce original, high-quality content including blog posts, website copy, case studies, newsletters, and social media posts to engage and inform our audiences
  • Email Marketing: Create and manage compelling email campaigns, including drafting content, conducting quality checks, managing contact lists, and executing campaign launches
  • Event Planning and Management: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events targeted at various audiences
