We are growing our team to match our growing user base. This is an opportunity to join a company that is part of the biggest financial revolution in modern history.

We are looking for a self-starter to expand Abra's OTC Trading relationships in the U.S., Europe and UAE regions. You will partner with Abra's product and marketing teams to deliver Abra's full suite of OTC trading services, while ensuring an outstanding client experience.

What You’ll Do:

  • Originate, close and manage new OTC trading client opportunities in the region, focused on HNW, Crypto Native operators, DAOs, Protocols, VCs, Funds and Tradfi traders
  • Contribute to significant client revenue growth in the region
  • Manage existing relationships
  • Be the Abra product expert
  • Partner with internal product teams to seamlessly deliver Abra’s full suite of products

About You:

  • Minimum 2-5 years relevant experience in a sales/business development role in crypto OTC sales/trading
  • Broad network of institutional and HNW relationships
  • Team player approach and ability to partner with internal stakeholders, including Product Marketing and Operations

What You’ll Need:

  • Strong passion for cryptocurrency markets and the digital asset ecosystem developments
  • High energy level and willingness to engage in a fast and multi-functional role
  • Problem-solving skills to provide creative solutions for clients during fast real-time markets
  • Strong strategic thinking, client-facing written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Crypto experience strongly preferred

Expected base salary range: $120,000 - $160,000
